Reset my computer puzzles say download but keep shutting down

I'm having a pretty similar issue. I used my gold to purchase several puzzle packs, and played some of them just fine. Then one day, my puzzle packs were gone from the My Collections box. I went into the "See all Collections" box and the puzzles I purchased
are there and the "Download" button is active, but when I click on that, it shuts the game down. I can not download ANY of the puzzle packs, even when I tried purchasing a new one...it deducted my gold, but did the same thing...shut the game down when I clicked
on the download button. I tried uninstalling, resetting the store cache, reinstalling, etc. as outlined on the Facebook Notes page, but none of those steps have helped...it's still doing the same thing. I'm using Windows 8.1 64 bit, on a Gateway NE series
Laptop. Please HELP!!

Program shutting down is a big problem with the daily challenges. After completing a puzzle, it shuts down and does not check off the puzzle as completed.

I've tried to download several puzzles over the past month and they don't download. My father also has it on his computer and he cant download any puzzles as well. Not even the free ones are downloading..... Anyone know how to fix this????

Hey ! If you restart your machine and reopen Jigsaw, are you able to select download next to an already paid collection? Give that a shot and let me know how it goes!

You really think people don't reboot their computers at all in at least 9 days? Wow. That's been done at least 9 times in the last 9 days (actually more than that come to think of it). Would I still be posting about the problem if that was the solution?
Would other people be posting about the same exact problem? Rebooting is NOT the solution. Please get a programmer on this problem and get it fixed. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled. In fact....my initial install was recent enough that I have never
been able to download a puzzle pack. The fact that 9 days after a person initially reports a problem and you're just at that point telling them to reboot really doesn't say much for the state of customer service or technical support anymore.

Problem, stated again so that maybe a kid will understand: Windows 10 laptop...Pay gold for a new puzzle pack, click download, wait 10 hours for any progress, no progress, shut down game, reboot, work on other things, open puzzles again and click download,
wait 5 hours for any progress, nothing, shut down game, uninstall app, reboot, reinstall app, start game, try downloading free puzzle pack, wait 6 hours, no progress, report problem, periodically keep trying alternately with paid for and free packs with the
same results and checking back here every day waiting for a reasonable answer and posting as well on other's posts with the same problem to help keep this issue at the top. 9 days later being told to reboot giving the indication that no one is working on
the issue and that it will not be fixed.

I do not have a problem with the XBox related games (on this same windows 10 laptop) of mahjongg, bingo, minesweeper, sudoku, taptiles, solitaire or treasure hunt. Of course they don't have things to download either so that's a big difference considering
the problem is in downloading puzzle packs for jigsaw puzzle. It's a problem with the app or your servers/accounts that needs to be fixed.

Try a hard reset of the console. While it's on keep the power button until the console shuts down.
