reset microsoft password

none of these options work I have just moved from Australia to the use and setting up the xbox, whenever I open a app it tells me I need to reset my Microsoft password and there is an option to open Microsoft Store. when I open Microsoft Store it doesn't load and we've tried so many ways to try figure out how to change the email or reset the password and we have no idea what were doing, the wifi is all set up and has full bars and we've reset the console 2 times I really confused on what to do, if you can understand this mess of a paragraph please help me.

I had to reconnect to my network and now I have to renter my Microsoft password. I can’t figure out how to select “reset password” on my tv screen using the Xbox controller(can’t get out of the keyboard) . Any suggestions?

If you want to change your password I recommend you do it directly from your email

Try pushing the B button for back other wise, like the other person stated do it through your phone or computer
