    Reset Gamerscore on certain games to 0


    I would like to reset my Gamerscore (thus deleting achieved achievements) on certain games to zero; so I can then remove said game's history from my profile. This is because I have a handful of games on my profile that have only a few achievements earned,
    and small Gamerscore attributed to them. I would like to only display certain games that I have played substantially enough to earn a decent amount of achievements and Gamerscore.

    This is a unique request, but I have a list of games on my profile that I would like to reset to zero/delete.

    I DO NOT WANT TO RESET MY ENTIRE GAMERSCORE TO ZERO! This would be an absolute tragedy - especially after 12 year's work!

    Can anybody from Xbox help me?

    That's not possible. The only way gamerscore is reset at all is if the enforcement team determines you've modded your achievements. In that case, all of your gamerscore would be removed, not just the ones affected, and you would no longer be able to re-earn
    those achievements.

    There is no way to appeal a gamerscore correction. We only correct gamerscores for players who meet the criteria 100%. Your best choice is to show the community you won’t do it again.
    There must've been clear evidence of cheating on your account if they decided to reset it. Is it possible that your friend did it without you knowing?

    Well Support is completely incorrect on this situation. The XBL PET do not take any enforcement action on an account until they have completed their investigation, not before or during the process.

    A Gamer Score Reset is issued when achievements are gained in an illegitimate manner. One large indicator of this would be if someone had online only achievements unlocked while offline. Another would be to have multiple games with
    achievement unlocks on the same date. And of course there are other indicators as well.

    Either way for any information regarding your reset you will need to post in the
    My Live Account was Suspended Forum for an official response. The XBL PET are the only ones who can tell you, all we can do here is speculate (to a large degree of accuracy).

    I've made a thread in the "My Account Was Suspended" forum, but got a sort of automated response from the Enforcement Team. For some reason the Enforcement Team or anyone that reviewed my complaint, does not believe that I'm an honest played and that I did
    not use any glitch or cheat or anything of that matter for the purpose of getting achievements. I've been following my brother's path as an Achievement Hunter and getting achievement is the reason I play on Xbox360. To be honest, achievements are part of my
    life. Outside school and friends, I play Xbox360 to get achievements.
