reset forgotten password

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. All you need to do to reset your password is to log in with your email to Microsoft account
| Home and click forgotten password and take it from there.

Hey there Pompano! Unfortunately, if the WLID attached to the GT is inactive or unable to be used, there isn't a lot we can do. Please try contacting phone and explain the issue outright to them and see if they can assist in updating. If not, your son would
need to create a new GT and WLID to use, and ensure that this information is kept current in the future.

There's normally an option too reset your password on the forgotten password button. Select 'I forgot my password' and you will be guided through the recovery process too reset your account password.

The password it is looking for is the password to your Microsoft account. If you have forgotten your password you can reset it here account.live.com

No one here has access to your password. If you have forgotten your password

just try resetting it.
