    Reset didnt work


    My problem started when I asked someone from Microsoft to fix my child account issue. I'm 22 and my account is registered as a child account. When I asked for help they said "just reset and choose the keep my games and apps option" , and when I did that , some games lost a save file in the game . Basically, I had two save files in FIFA and after doing what they said I couldn't find the other file , I only found one save file in game. Bottom line is, how can I retrieve my old saves from before. I chose the " keep my games and apps " it doesn't make sense!!!! my save files that I played games for years on are gone just like that !!!!! ..... pls help ................... PS :::: I just did the reset today for the first time, so I hope it's not too late.... just wanted to make that clear .

    When an account is set to a child account, it cannot be changed to an adult one unless you are old enough in the actual account. As for the reset situation, the "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" doesn't wipe away anything but since you have mentioned that you have lost some files it means that they were either not successfully saved or simply corrupted. It 's actually pretty common for a lot of games to lose some saves after resetting the console or deleting the game because if the system recognizes a corrupt file, it gets ride of it for the safety of the gamer.
