    Reset console won't let me add my profile back on


    At the time of this writing I bought a copy of the new COD game and was excited to play it. When I got home, I turned my console on, and realized it hadn't updated. This is where my troubles began. When I tried updating, it kept giving me errors. I tried
    a soft reset, nothing, so I did a hard reset with my games intact. Success! But, my happiness was shortlived when, although the update went through, the console now won't let me add my profile back on. I don't even get any error messages, it just loads the
    next screen and then stops and returns me to the add profile button. I tried the full on nuke hard reset, but still nothing. Can anyone help, I tried looking for a solution but no one ever mentions this.

    1 Day of Xbox Live yet when my subscription doesn't expire until next year?

    Try logging out of your profile and logging back in. If that doesn't work then try removing your profile then hard reset your console. Once the console is back up and online add your profile back. Let us know. Good Luck!

    I just bought my son a new Xbox but it won't let me add an account profile. It pops up and does the loading swirl but just goes back to the add account page. No matter which way I try to sign in it just won't let me. I've factory reset it. I've
    power cycled it. I've done everything that I found it said to do.
