Reset a Redeemable code

Have you done a hard reset after you redeemed the code?

You should try this:

If you redeemed the code on your xbox then try pc

If you redeemed the code on your pc then try your xbox

If this not work then reset your internet hardware and check your billing information page if everything is in order

then try again
