    I have a question, when I attempt to get a FREE backward compatible game on my Xbox One it brings up a message that I NEED an alternate payment option. Before anyone brings it up, I DO NOT have a 360, so that is not an option to purchase the game on. Why
    is this?

    I still get the same this morning. When I try and download Dead Space all I get is

    Sorry

    Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again

    I actually still own the game but didn't want the hassle of putting the disc in every time I played.

    The payment system of the Xbox One and Xbox 360 are not the same.

    The 360 store is set up differently than the store on the One/website. The One/website does not consider your Microsoft account balance to be a valid payment option for 360 content so you have to have either a credit card or Paypal on file in order to make

    I...I don't...I can't believe it...so ..the "free" B.C. title for the month...ISN'T exactly free...I have to surrender a card number just to be able to download and play it?? ...NO...NO NO NO....that does NOT sit well with me!
