Requesting to refund PC Game Pass

First of all, I have used PC Game Pass in the past to play games like Psychonauts 2, It Takes Two, CK3, etc. all of which ran almost flawlessly.

I have recently re-subscribed to PC Games Pass for the sole purpose of playing Guardians of the Galaxy.

However, the game runs so poorly that I can't even get through the first ~20 minutes of the game. I have experienced countless freezes/crashes.

I have pretty much tried EVERYTHING to get this game to run:

Completely reset machine, reinstalled Windows 10, 11

Update all drivers

Uninstalled Xbox app

Reset cache of Windows Store

Run game in lowest possible settings

Set Xbox services to automatic

I honestly think this the game or PC Game Pass optimization issue, because I have ran far more graphically-intensive games on Steam with 0 issues. And as mentioned, I have played games like Psychonauts 2 on PC Game Pass with 0 issues as well.

Having said that, how do I request a refund after having just subscribed less than three days ago? I tried cancelling but it is giving me no option for a refund.

It's included with PC Game Pass. You can request a refund if you just want to play it through Game Pass. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders

Few days ago I purchased xbox Game pass pc and yesterday I cancel it and request to get refund but after 24 hour I didn't get refund

You won't be offer with a refund if you selected cancel the refund will be automatically processed, and you will immediately lose access to the service

You mentioned you already did the cancellation, so you already cancelled, but if you instead of cancellation choosed stop recurring billing because this was not a re-subscribe but a renewal or you didn't followed the steps as requested, you can. Fill a form here

To cancel and get a refund for your subscription:

Go to the Services & subscriptions page for your account.

Select Manage next to the subscription you want to cancel.

Select Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing.

If you choose Cancel subscription and you’re eligible for a refund, you’ll be provided two options: Don’t charge me on (next renewal date) and Cancel immediately and get a refund.

If you choose Cancel subscription but you don’t qualify for a refund, you’ll be prompted to Turn off recurring billing and won’t see a refund option. Turning off recurring billing will prevent the next charge
