    My xbox series X keeps overheating, disconnecting from controller and WiFi when playing a game but works fine on YouTube etc. Tried to request a service order but everytime I add a shipping address it comes up something went wrong, been doing this for days now, anyone know how to help?

    To effectively clarify this issue, you need to contact Microsoft support directly via chat so that they can request the warranty for you.

    If this was from the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    Otherwise, if it was from the Xbox Rewards program, it's not possible to exchange the code.

    so, i spoke with "UK" support in Estonia....no help whatsoever......wait 28 days for a replacement (and miss the Q3 releases)....time to cancel my pre-orders and re-purchase for PS4 me thinks... :(
