Are you getting an error message when you try to redeem? If so, please post back with the error code that you received so we can further assist. Error codes will look similar to either XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000.

it tell me i can't redeem the code because of the language, and when i tried to redeem it in the website it told the code is already redeemed

 

so when am i receiving my new code? can you please reply?

Thanks for the message! I replied back to that with some information, post back here if you run into any additional errors!

 

it's the same issue "you can't acquire this item in yout currently selected language. Change your language region in Setting ot go to microsoft.com//redeem"

and when i tried on the website it shows this error code "XBOS-3012 f32a0663-4270-442f-9428-38628f3f2654 2017/02/21 - 19:03:18 UTC"

That error message usually means it's a region issue. Either your account region does not match your physical location or the game is not available in your region.

 

so i can pre order the game but i can't download the content!? is there a way to foix this?

 

It depends. What is your account region and what region are you physically located in?

If you are in a region where the game is available, it can be fixed. If you are not, then there is no way to fix it. There is no way around region locking.

 

account region i believe US and i'm staying in UAE, but i guess have i changed my account region to UAE as well, can you please confirm if the game is avalable in my region?

 

Yes, the game is available in UAE. So if you migrate your account region to UAE, you will be able to download it.
