Appreciate your reply, I have followed the steps you provided but no luck, xbox support is a chat bot basically telling me that the repair has been done warrantee has been updated & my Item has been shipped back to me but this is simply not the case.
I have attempted to set up a call back with a 'person' but that process is also broken. I tried more than 10 times only to be met with, 'We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later.'
I am more than happy to phone a number and sit on hold for however long it takes until I speak to someone but this is insane. I purchased a custom elite 2 controller for £170 + only to now have no controller and no way of speaking to anyone about this.
I am sad I just want my controller back, If anyone has any way of forwarding this issue to a MS support team I would be ever soo grateful.

The elite controller series one did have a few faults but did have a good repair back up system but the stronger one is the series 2.
