    I've got an unresponsive bumper on my elite controller and have requested for a warranty repair. it has been 11 days now since that request and i am still yet to receive the label that xbox said they would send. any attempt at contacting an xbox rep is futile because the virtual agent has no idea and anytime the call back is available it tells me it has failed. this is really poor customer service from xbox. can i please get some help from someone here to actually get this issue fixed

    Keep in mind labels aren't physically sent to you

    They send it via email registered when you made the warranty claim

    Please check your spam folder

    Keep in mind there is a time limit on labels you may have to recrrate the order again

    Live chat wouldn't be able to issue a label

    You would still need to receive it via email

    Best to make sure you are using upto date email

    I personally use my ms account as my xbox email

    Less messier.when it comes to.xbox or.gaming emails.

    im well aware. i have not received an email with the label after 11 days. my order expires in 30 days

    Hello again, you have to choose the virtual agent, after going through a virtual agent will be attended by a person who will transfer you to another department who can help you with your warranty request.
