Requested for Xbox Game Cloud: Riders Republic (Ubisoft)

I found a workaround

I made sure that I was logged into my Microsoft account on the pc, went to the Ubisoft store, selected the riders republic free weekend

then selected the xbox platform / digital / then edtion.

the xbox store loaded on the pc with the "just for you" offer and I was able to process payment. so there is a bug on the Xbox hardware platform store
