Requested a refund which was part of the pre-order 15k punch card

Hi there, I refunded Star Wars Battlefront II and it was part of my pre-order punch card giving me 15000 points. Since I refunded it I don't feel as though I deserve the points and the Xbox support staff said I may have to contact the Rewards Team via the
forum. I'm completely okay with going negative in rewards or even charging me the dollar amount I received from the rewards. I believe this is the first time something like this has happened and I really enjoy this program and feel as though I get a lot
out of it and would never want to cheat the system. Thank you.

Missing 5k credits plus punches

Missing 5k rewards for digital pre-order of Forza 7.. also missing punches for the 15k pre-order punchcard. After 10+ years on Xbox live I wonder how many rewards I haven't recieved from you guys after having been promised..

It would be nice if they included pre-orders. At least lately, they moved up the dates for punch cards.

Yeah, it kinda sucks, but that's how it is. The rewards punch cards are to get people to try games they might not have otherwise. It's a promotion between Microsoft and the company for whos game it is. The same situation applies on purchasing games
vs pre-ordering. If you pre-order and a punch card comes out, it's ineligible to earn that punch card. Sucks because I do love earning the points but I realize that it's to incite those that wouldn't otherwise buy the product, and not reward those that are
already on board.

The "You pre-ordered" tracking is just a visual reminder of your purchases. Your actual punches are displayed at the top of that page. You only received one punch for your pre-order of Dragon Ball. Only pre-orders made during the offer period are eligible
for this offer.

There is currently a visual bug where only standard purchases of games are being marked, which is why you do not see a notification for your Dragon Ball Deluxe Edition purchase. We are working on correcting this issue, but it does not affect Rewarding in
any way. The punch tracker is the only part that Rewards Credits, and is working as expected. Apologies for the confusion.
