Hey Loren. It’s been about 2-3 weeks and I haven’t received my refund though it had been approved since I filed for the refund.

This is the following refund policy:

Refunds are typically issued for requests meeting the following criteria:

• Requests are made within 14 days of the purchase date
  
• Requests are for games in which you haven’t accumulated a significant amount of play time
  

If its been more than 14 days or more than "significant amount of play time" then you're out of luck.

My only dispute with the wording is the use of "significant play time" what is classed as "significant" for a small indie game two hours of play time could be half of the game length, but for a game like Elder Scrolls its a drop in the ocean.

I would but the refund has been approved and I haven’t got my money back and it won’t let me try and refund it again
