Follow these steps.

Use a cloud game save on another console

Sign in to your Xbox profile.
Turn on Cloud Saved Games (see Step 1: Turn on Cloud Saved Games above).
Start the game with the cloud game save.
When prompted, select Cloud Saved Games as your storage device.

Hello War,

On the 360 you would want to enable
cloud save once you do that you can move all the save games to the cloud. Once moved to the cloud, when you play the backward compatible games on Xbox one it should get the save data.
