    Queria saber porque não está aparecendo a solicitação de converter os pontos pra dinheiro.

    Queria saber se os pontos vai vim automático? Estou com 5.500 pontos.

    Alguem sabe me dizer o que devo colocar neste campo para abrir uma solicitação online de substituição do console com 3 luzes vermelhas piscando?

    Ou será que não existe mesmo esta informação e a Microsoft coloca este campo obrigatorio para tornar impossivel a solicitação onine e obrigar o coitado que já está com o console queimado, a pagar mais caro para o atendimento telefonico?

    Hello, the console should have eventually updated on it's own. However to force an update follow these steps...

    1. Scroll left from Home to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    You should see the eligible backwards compatible games in your "ready to download" list.

    Depois disso não apareceu nenhum solicitação para escolha de linguagem...
