When I put the disc in to play it goes straight to game couldn't start,try downloading the game again,I am on line but do you have to have a membership to recognise the download I got an xbox360 slim with 250gb hard drive.

 

that game is a masterpiece! original xbox rendered it in 720p so they should make it in 1080p 60fps and with proper aa

I really hate to break it to you, but, the chances of an old game like this making it to Xbox BC are pretty much nil. Two reasons for this. firstly, only the publisher can release the game to Microsoft for backwards compatibility, and secondly, the publisher
likely can't release it because they no longer hold the rights to it. This means no BC version or remaster.

The reason why the publisher would no longer hold the rights is because this game is based on the Scarface movie. Movie licenses have to be bought by the publisher, and then, they are only for a finite amount of time. Once the license lapses, the game
goes into a legal limbo where the publisher can no longer sell the game anymore, so neither can Microsoft.

Sorry, just not going to happen.
