Request pending points from old account to new

Are the points showing pending on your account or not at all?

I have them pending but the button for requesting an early deposit is gone as well as the next deposit date!

Can someone from Xbox answer here???

We can confirm your regions are now matching, and have begun the transfer of your old pending Credits. You should see these appear shortly.

As mentioned in your previous post,

If your join by date still shows "???", and not your recent registration date, then your account has not yet been successfully re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits
from your old account to your new one.

However, I see that since the time of your posting, your registration has completed, and you are now re-enrolled into the program. We have transferred your old pending Credits, and you should see them show up in the next few days.

We can confirm that your regions now match for the Brazilian region, and have begun the transfer process. This will send all the pending, un-deposited Credits from your previous account to your new Rewards Account. You should see them appear shortly.
