Hey there, redraptor987! I am very sorry to see troubleshooting hasn't worked for you. In this case (as with many), we do troubleshooting to ensure that everything has been done to rule out an easy fix. Most times, basic troubleshooting will resolve a customer's
issue, so we want to start there. Even if we have an active investigation going, we want to make sure everything that can be done has been done before we pass information along to the teams doing the investigation.

Hopefully that helps clear any confusion up around why we ask troubleshooting to be completed, even when we're actively investigating. Please be sure to keep an eye on your thread that Beep posted above for any updates on your particular situation.

Friend request pending?

Mister Beep, as I have already said nothing works. If you use an Xbox One or Xbox.com you can follow each other and even that doesn't work sometimes. The problem everyone is having is on Xbox 360 so if you were to go to Xbox.com and click add friend-Xbox
360 it would still not work. And by the way SurviousFuture, the Xbox One update changed the bug so that you can now add/remove and block people on it however as soon as you remove the person, it will just automatically add a different past friend in their
place. But nothing has changed for Xbox 360, the bug is still happening.
