Request my pending rewards from my old account

I have a new account because there was a problem with the old one. Now, I want to request my pending deposits from my old account to my new one.

i want to request the pending deposits from my old account to my new one. in my old one i have pending 2750 rewards because they cant be deposited for change of my region so i change everything now and shows that all its ok now

As this What is "Your account needs to be updated to make a deposit!" ?

I would like to request any pending deposits from my old account to your new one, since I opt out the program and started a new account that had erros depositing credits.

It's been 2 days and they have not been added to my rewards account. Could it be because a request is already in pending?

so yesterday i had a balance of 1360 points on my account with 400 pending from rewards

this morning i have 2420 points in my account with 400 pending from rewards

is there anyway to check the deposit history ?
