    Request for replacement controller web page broken??


    I have a broken Series X controller (stuck home button) but the "requests a controller replacement" support page is coming back with an error - "login.microsoftonline.com refused to connect."

    I am logged into my Microsoft account and the previous page (https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/hardware-network/controller/controller-warranty) validated my controller serial number and said
    it was in warranty.

    When I click on the Request a controller replacement link (https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/forms/controller-replacement), I get the error message....

    login.microsoftonline.com refused to connect.

    I've tried Bing and Google browsers on PC and Chromebook.. all with the same error message.

    I can't get a call back at the moment with anyone at Microsoft and chat is offline..

    Anyone else seen this or got a solution? How do I request a replacement controller??

    It says there’s nobody to chat with on my subject of “Broken Controller”. I can het to the “Request replacement controller” page, only to be told my serial number isn’t recognised.

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. If you wish to request the replacement yourself I would advise you to change the browser or the device you are using and try again; However, you can get your controller exchanged through our online customer
    support as well. You will find below the link to our online support, all you need to do is access it, click on the green button that says "contact us" and take it from there.

    Within the menus you can request a replacement controller free of charge how ever you will need to return the broken/faulty one to them

    If you've tried troubleshooting your controller and can't fix the issue, you can request a warranty replacement unit at
    Device Support or contact an Xbox Support agent for help.

    Note If you request a replacement for an Xbox Design Lab controller under warranty, MS will provide an exact replacement of that controller.
