the profile picture through the console because the ability to do so from the app is disabled temporarily.

If possible, can you please check if the gamer picture changes now on the console, in the app, or on the web?

There is also an error changing the gamer picture, such as 0 gamer score, but it cannot be changed at all on console, app, or web.

If it is an unreasonable request, you can ignore it.

Hi Nevyn! That is a weird issue. Are you seeing this old pic as your Windows 8 account picture, or in the Games app for Xbox LIVE? If it is your Win8 account picture, that is not tied to your Xbox LIVE profile picture, but instead your Microsoft Account
picture, which you can change at live.com, as well as in Preferences of Windows 8.

you can make your own profile picture, on pc or phone . Then using the xbox app or USB change your profile picture. 👍
