    Request for Assistance with My Microsoft Model 1769 Laptop


    Dear Microsoft Representatives,



    I am reaching out to you for assistance with my Microsoft Model 1769 computer (Serial No. 030180274257). Yes, this computer is still in use , and I am very happy with it. It is the best computer I have ever owned.



    I have a dream of becoming a professional video developer. Right now, I am learning, exploring programming languages, and getting familiar with additional software.



    However, applications like Adobe Photoshop put a heavy load on my system, causing my computer to crash and shut down. Unfortunately, I am unable to upgrade the RAM, which is limited to just 4GB.



    Due to the uniqueness of Microsoft hardware, I do not want to switch to newer models from other manufacturers. At the same time, I am currently unable to afford a new Microsoft laptop due to its high price.



    I am not saying my laptop is bad—I truly love it—but its performance is not enough for my needs. That is why I am seeking assistance from you, as a leading technology company. I am confident that in challenging situations, Microsoft supports its loyal users.



    I would greatly appreciate any help or advice you can provide regarding my situation.



    P.S. This computer could be a great exhibit for your museum of "Microsoft’s Best Technology."

    Does Anyone Know How To Fix The “Out Of Video Memory” Error?

    We would need the exact model, but my guess would be that your laptop has a shared pool of Main and graphics, memory, and that that is not enough to play the game. Please post the exact model of your laptop.

    The only laptops I'm aware of that support use of their screens as externally-attached monitors are certain Alienware models.
