    Shop To: Are their T&Cs legal?

    If you pay in advance, cancel before goods ship and request a refund to your original payment method, instead of "credit", you might be charged a 70p admin fee.

    Etailer isn't asking you to pay in advance, but it does allow you that option if you specifically select it, so the admin fee merely covers the cost of taking payment from you and then refunding it if you change your mind.

    Seems pretty straightforward.

    who have investigated and confirmed fraud which I can use to request a charge reversal from my payment institution.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account between your USD and multiple EUR accounts to deposit into for your Microsoft
    Account, and thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this
    problem will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
