Unfortunately no more 360 games will become backwards compatible anymore as Microsoft is starting to focus on making Xbox One games backwards compatible for Project Scarlett. Since not all 360 games became backwards compatible, it is unlikely they will
come back to it later on.

Currently this title is not part of the backwards compatible catalog, you can go to xbox.uservoice.com and request this game become part of the backwards compatible catalog.

It would be up to the Publishers and Developers of said game so your best bet would be to get in contact with them.

It's typically up to the developers/publishers. Most likely it's down to if they still have licensing for the game and it would benefit them to put the time into making it compatible.
