    Is there a way to submit requests regarding Xbox setting/family safety? Specifically disabling or uninstalling Edge… it does not need to be on the system for any reason and I want it off for myself and my family. We have web browsing disabled on everything in our home. But with the xbow we cant? Probably to dumbest thing I’ve heard in years, if we cant resolve this will most likely get rid of it.

    Hi Jessica,

    Are you controlling your sons account through the family safety features of your Microsoft account or just through the options on the Xbox itself? I ask because I control friend requests through the family safety app on my phone and wasnt asked to set up a pin for my son.
