Could you, please, elaborate more on how you originally sent this email? We here on the Xbox Forums do not have the necessary tools to be able to look into your account to recover that email.

Was this sent out from your Microsoft account email address? If so you should be to view your inbox by going over to your
Microsoft account and under your name, where you can see your alias on the top left-hand side, you should see the More actions drop down menu. Here you can select
to View inbox.

to cancel your refund request, get the status of your request, or provide additional information during the process, reply to the confirmation email or the last email you received regarding your refund request. replying via email is the fastest way to
contact them.

You're not eligible for a refund for a digital purchase id it was bought more than 14 days ago or played for more than 2 hours.
