Request early deposit problem.

I just want to put in a request for early deposit of my rewards points but when I try it says there is a button to click on the site but there is not. Is there a way a actual person can move this through? Thank you.

Request early deposit?

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you get to 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month, so when they are scheduled for deposit depends on when they became pending. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000
between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

You can no longer request a deposit because at 5000 or more pending Credits you are automatically scheduled for the next available deposit date, and therefore no longer need to manually request one yourself. We have two deposit cycles during the middle and
end of the month. As Murphs says, you should expect your deposit in the upcoming middle of the month deposit cycle.

At 5000 or more pending Credits, we automatically schedule a deposit. Since you have been scheduled for a deposit automatically, there is no need for you to request one manually, and so that button has been removed.
