Request Deposit button is missing- & my credits didn't "automatically deposit" on the 1st ...

I need help in having my credits deposited into my account. At the end of last month I noticed the request deposit button was missing. I wasn't in a rush since the credits should have been deposited for me at the beginning of this month; however that didn't
happen. Now I need my credits. I've been in the rewards program from the beginning, this is by far the most irritating problem I've run into. Please figure out what's going on so I can deposit my credits.

Can't cash in my points! Thought it would automatically but didn't. Help?

The button on the MyRewards page is to request a deposit at the next available date. We automatically schedule a deposit for you at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your last Credit event pushed you over this amount, you were scheduled automatically for
a deposit, and therefore you no longer needed to request a deposit manually, so the deposit button is no longer available.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event occurred on the 19th, your deposit will occur in the mid-month deposit in January.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since you only hit the 5000 Credit amount required for a automatically scheduled deposit on the 16th, your deposit should occur with this month's mid-month deposit. Since you have been automatically scheduled for a deposit, there is no
need to request one manually, so that button has been removed.

the following month. Since your Credit event was on the 6th, it will be included with the end of month deposit. The request a deposit button is just for requesting deposits before the automatic deposit amount of 5000 pending Credits.
