Request an Xbox refaund link leads to 404 page

I bought an item from Microsoft store. By mistake I bought digital version of Xbox game. I tried to return the item but the request refund links (every refund link either on Microsoft or Xbox accounts) leads to 404 page. I call to support three time and
no one can help me.

Yes, I've go through 5 questions and get a link to what is, I'm guessing, the refund request but the link takes me to an empty page with an error 404 in the url.

that URL takes me to an error 404 page not found. by the way the Xbox account Realfoufou87 still exists and i can even send friend requests to it. couldn't Microsoft just link it to a different email?
