    So basicly since i bought my Xbox Elite Series 2 controller awhile ago and the right bumper worked and stopped working every couple of weeks but i just shrugged it off but its been a couple of months now and now i have to put alot of pressure on it for
    it to work and now my left joystick is drifting so i considered getting a repair and it says i still have warrenty but when i tap on the page to get a repair it just says 'Microsoft has refused to connect' and ive tried turning off my wifi re opening the app
    using a different web browser and restarting my phone so i dont know what to do im stuck.
