Request an extra refund

You can request a refund by following the instructions on this link. Submitting a request does not mean it will be accepted.

You will receive emails confirming the refund request and then another one confirming whether the refund has been accepted or not(may take a few days), if you have any problems please reply to this email and explain the situation in more detail.

You would need to reply to the rejection email

Also should.be noted that abusing the refund policy can lead to a marketplace suspension

It should NEVER BE abused for try before you buy and only be used for actual mistakes

I wasn’t abusing it, i bought bundles that came with 1000 apex coins and the first bundle didn’t give me it, or the second bundle so i tried to refund those and it worked, so i tried to buy the normal $9.99 apex coins separately from the bundle and still didn’t receive the coins.
