    You will receive emails confirming the refund request and then another one confirming whether the refund has been accepted or not(may take a few days), if you have any problems please reply to this email and explain the situation in more detail.

    Also should.be noted that abusing the refund policy can lead to a marketplace suspension

    It should NEVER BE abused for try before you buy and only be used for actual mistakes

    I wasn’t abusing it, i bought bundles that came with 1000 apex coins and the first bundle didn’t give me it, or the second bundle so i tried to refund those and it worked, so i tried to buy the normal $9.99 apex coins separately from the bundle and still didn’t receive the coins.
