Request a refund page continuously not working EDIT- SOLVED

The page to request a refund on a game is not working. This is the response I get each time I try to use it for the past 48 hours:

Oops! That didn’t work.The page you’re looking for didn’t load. Try this:

Refresh the page to try again

Check the Xbox status page

None of these options help. I've tried the same link on my mobile phone, I've tried the link using a different internet browser (Microsoft Edge) and nothing works.

I am trying to return a game I purchased digitally. I accidently bought Left 4 Dead when I meant to purchase Left 4 Dead 2. I have not installed the game or played it at all, and it's only been around 2 days, so I have a good chance at a refund, but the page won't work.

Also, Is there any other thing I can do to solve this problem? I work, so it's hard to find time to get a Microsoft customer service rep on the phone as they work normal business hours as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Solved! the issue wasn't actually solved but a Microsoft customer service rep from the webchat helped me out. They gave me a different link to use and it allowed me to submit my refund request. No further assistance is needed. Thank you.

• Are you accessing the website through an InPrivate, Incognito, or Private browser window?
• Are you using a Proxy or VPN service?

I tried using all different browsers including Microsoft Edge. Anyways, the issue was solved by a Microsoft webchat customer service rep, so I am happy.

An Xbox customer service rep from the web chat actually solved my issue. So we're good.

But to answer your questions, no, the error would pop up just trying to get to the actual requesting refund page. The page where I select a game from my order history and explain why I want the refund. I could not get to that page.

I was not using any of those browser options.

No I was not using a VPN or proxy.

Did you use edge or Firefox?

If you are using chrome that would be why
