    Hello Jamie, the recurring charge has to be turned off before the day of collection, as it was not the system made the subscription charge.

    To request a refund for your subscription you will need to log into your account that purchased the game or subscription and fill out this form below for refund, you will also need the order code for each item you want the refund.

    There is just follow all the requirements requested in the completion, and then wait for an email with the response of the request.

    This could take up to 72 hours.

    Thanks it works i usally switch of recur billing to make sure my ultimate game pass so i dont accidentally go over the turn off date

    If the purchase was now, it takes a while to be able to request a refund. You must disable recurring billing in settings

    Depending on the situation, you may not have long bought or used the product, if it was an accidental purchase, if you have forgotten to disable recurring billing, you may not have many days after you have charged it as it is very unlikely to be. I accept
