    Hello, try going to this link https://support.xbox.com/en-US/browse/xbox-one?xr=shellnav and scrolling down on the oage to the talk to vitual agent button and then asking to talk to a customer service agent or real oerson, who should then be able to guide
    you through how to request a call back to your particular number.
