Request a call back doesn't work neither does start an order on warranty services

Due to the situation many services are affected. You can attempt to request a call back or chat with a service representative on the following link:

If your console is under warranty you can request a service order on the following link :

https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/warranty-service/console-warranty

I suggest that you register the device on the following link to request warranty service: https://account.microsoft.com/devices/

If that does not work then please contact support via chat or by requesting a call back on the following link: https://support.xbox.com/

I hope a different internet connection works for your console, but just in case it doesn't, I'll attach instructions on how to check your console's warranty status and issue a service order.

• Register your console at https://support.microsoft.com/devices

• Once your console is registered, you'll see its warranty status next to its name.

• If your console is under warranty and you'd like to issue a service order for it, select "See details" > "Start order".

• Follow the onscreen steps to complete your service order request.
