Reputation system is completely FLAWED.

My reputation has gone from needs work green to needs work orange? Why? Do you get unsporting reports and that accounts for negative rep.... It's an utter trash system. This is not acceptable, you've got a system in place to down peoples rep, but nothing
to increase it?! How pointless is that? Absolute shambles.

people with your same feelings...

said that my suggestion is to change games for some time, unfortunately some games are full of people who don't accept that a player is better than them and if they lose they simply report you, if you were reported by different people yuor reputation decrease

I am not perfect but i play online on many games and as of now I have received only one or two report in 4 years, some people told me that I am a cheater, other that I am a noob and some other worse thing... if the community of a game is toxic I simply change
game for some time

I understand why you reply, as you're an ambassador, but it's a pointless reply as there is no way to contact the enforcement team, also, I've haven't had a suspension which was for comms since March, it's now May. I've gone from green needs work to orange
needs work. To which I've had no suspensions, but people can still report you for unsporting or cheating or some other **** and it be taken into account and give you a negative reputation which is completely asinine.

its set exactly like it was on the 360 and that was flawed out of the gate. if someone reports you for being unsportsman like you get marked down, ive seen people get marked down becuase the playstyle was aggressive, IN A FIGHTING GAME.

enforcement have nothing to do with the rep system as it is all automated and only counts the reports sent in by other players which dont count towards enforcement action.

The "stars"/rep on the 360 would go up faster if you received negative feedback & took a lot longer if you got positive feedback

The whole point of the reputation system is more to show you that doing wrong things gets your reputation dropped. The reputation over time will recover, but only if you follow the community guidelines, that's basically all the reputation is about.

It does seem like it's a flawed system, there's obviously a reason they've set it up like that. I feel like they've gone the more, You do wrong, you lose points, you then have to behave to get your reputation back. There's no free hand out points, or spoon
feeding to get points or increase your reputation, or else people would be abusing that system to make themselves seem like "perfect players" when in fact they are cheats, rude or disrespectful
