Reputation, Restrictions on changing profile picture, How to get my reputation back

Hello microsoft recently i have been spam reported therefore my reputation is low and i cannot change my profile picture. I understand its not massive deal but i would like too also it does not say anything about what i did wrong or how to avoid it next
time. This whole squad of people inv me after losing a game and then all reported me after they left and i feel upset there is a giant warning sign on my profile as well as i can not change my profile picture and i take my profile with pride and to fell looked
down on in the community is sad.

Hi, right now there is
currently a restriction on all users regarding the uploading of custom gamerpics. This is due to the unprecedented number of users accessing Xbox services at this time due to worldwide events. Rest assured, it has nothing to do with your reputation or
any user's reputation right now.

I would also refer you to the
following information on Xbox Live reputation, including tips on how to improve your score. Also know that your reputation will never directly affect any enforcement actions on your account including suspensions or removal of a previously-approved custom
gamerpic. Hope this helps!

The ability to change custom gamerpics is currently disabled for everyone right now. It wouldn't have anything to do with your rep.

ohhh yes... this is really nice i checked my Reputation Status at enforcement site at Reputation and now on July my REPUTATION figures back to GREEN! but... yea always theres a but... but... on my PROFILE on the CONSOLE (XB1) i am still on RED (AVOID ME)
how can be possible? Any clue?

Now tell me that is not a glitch, bug or malfunction of the system!

Hi, again, Brutal At This... the Bug/Glithc is still happening, since today and now we are on July 1st, my Graph on Enforment Site shows my Reputation Back to GREEN but on my profile i'm still on RED.

Something must be bad, i cant have two different reputation states, according to where i check it, and btw... i been playing for almost 15 days without get NEGATIVE reports, then is not impossible to get Reputation back to GREEN but for some reason it is
doesnt reflected on my profile
