  1. Reputation: needs work.

A few months back, I played Star Wars Battlefront II for Xbox One and performed the "rubberband trick" for a whole weekend while I went to work. When I came back, I had been reported so many times for basically not playing that game (cheating, unsporting
behavior and misconsuct or something (none of which I have ever actually done (I wasn't even playing the game, seriously))).

I noticed that my Xbox LIVE reputation took quite the hit as I now have a "Reputation needs work" banner. I looked up online the average time that it takes and what to do to "work" on it, and I've even gone to the reputation page on Xbox.com which states
that my reputation is in "Good standing". I also noticed that before my reputation took a massive hit in one month, players are reporting me for literally no reason other than to keep me reputation status in the negative (I get like 3 reports a month now for
random things as opposed to going a year without a single report). Anyway, I was wondering how I can now remove this stupid banner on my Xbox LIVE gamer profile, as it has diminished my social experience.

Being that I've literally dumped thousands of dollars into Microsoft/Xbox, I figured they would have cut me a break on this because you can view my reputation history where there are literally like no reports against me for years and then 30 in one month
    for no reason.

"It goes away if you don't have a lot of reports for a while."

    True. Hasn't worked for me.

"It's harmless, don't worry about it."

True. Still diminished my gaming experience with other players.

"Stay off of Xbox LIVE for a few months or play single player games for a few months."

    Seriously. Good one.

    Loyal customer needs help!

    Thanks in advance!

    :)

    Reputation Needs Work

Hi, I recently signed into my account seeing that my reputation has changed from good to need work; this confuses me as I haven't done anything wrong which could encourage this change. Could the enforcement team get back to me with regards to why my rep
needs work based on what I've been reported for and how many times as I would like to avoid having matchmaking problems and also disregard the idea of having my account permanently banned even though I have done nothing wrong. Look forward to hearing from
    you soon, thanks, Hamza.

    Reputation: needs work.

so basically you admit to cheating and other players called you out on it and even though it is valid you don't think it's valid

You do realize that cheating is actually cheating right ?

Rubber band trick is a cheat

Playing the game legitimately is the point of games

You should feel fortunate not to receive a ingame suspension

TThe enforcement rep site is not a live view if your rep

It's mostly for identifying your bad behaviour

Which is self admitted by your own post

The only place to view your actual rep is the profile page

If you play legitimately online without bad feedback from the community you can rebuild your rep but it does take time

Thanks for your feedback, although I posted this here after being told by chat representatives at Microsoft that Enforcement Teams would reply. I was really looking for an Enforcement Rep. to reply and look into this matter. Nonetheless, thanks!

    wrong

Reputation isn't a enforcement issue nor Do.they regulate it.

It is the community's opinion of your behaviour

Since you have self.admitted cheating it's very valid

Enforcement does not use forums nor does customer support have any say on reputation

The person I talked to said I should post here as you would be able to reset it cause they didn't have the permission but I still don't understand how my reputation got bad for someone reporting my gamer pic is there a way of knowing who reported it?
