    All you need to do is report them via your 360 and move on. Let XBLPET handle the rest.

    Hello my gamertag name is GODLYxxMESSIAH and i am sending this message because i am reporting a player with which i highly possibly believe a modded/hacked gamerscore his current gamerscore right now is 53,275 and if you take a look on his games that he
    has played he has 1000 or more gamerscore for every games this player has played For example i checked the games gears of war 3 and dead island and the player already got every achievement in such a short amount of time and if you look at every other games
    he has played you will see all the games the player has modded and hacked on. If you look further you will see every game having 1000 or more gamerscore and even on gears 3 this player seems to be a lvl 100 in a very short time and which i believe he must
    be tampering with the system and is cheating i would appreciate if you take a look and the proof i have to offer is for you to take a look at the gamerscore and every games this player has played.

    As long as you reported him and he violated the code of conduct when the enforcement team investigates your report they will then suspend his account.

    You MAY get a xbox message basically saying thank you for the report but that is not guaranteed but that is the only way that you would know for sure that someone you reported may have gotten a suspension.

    If you feel that you should not have been suspended you can file for a case review at enforcement.xbox.com

    The only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review:

    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howto#sub-topic0-6     Xbox support and phone support can not alter suspensions. Only enforcement can - and ONLY through a case review. To do a case review your suspension must be active, have been applied within the
    last year and be longer than 24 hours. You may have to do a quiz on the code of conduct before you can do a case review, and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hours to try again.

    About the other person not getting suspended, please wait until enforcement gets to his report. It's not all instant.

    sorry but Ive got to say this AirborneB375 your right you can report people til your face is blue. this is a way of thinking that your doing something. I just played in this MW3 Clan Op and this kid and three of his friend lagged the game out so bad that
    me and my friends could not kill him. Then when I called Him out in the lobby he procceds to tell me that hes been banned and reset before and that he don't care he will just go get another XBL account and be back on the next day. All of the messages are
    in my INBOX if you want to look at them. Please feel free to. I want some one to look. And then before he tells me hes been banned and reset he sends me an ungodly amount of party invites and game invites. This is the type of thing that make me want to
    brake my console and throw it out in the street. All because we have people who are allowed to play with out ANY consequences. If your going to ban people make a piont of doing it to the max with some and let every one know so that the next people that want
    to cheat or use the system for a hate speech that you guys dont put up with it.

    The basic rule for staying safe is to never respond to message that are trying to get you to violate the code, Report and Block the player.

    Sorry to hear it. The PET (Policy Enforcement Team) investigate all claims made by players. So long as you've done nothing wrong you have nothing to worry about.

    I don't cheat so I'm not to worried about eh reporting... I am curious if XBOXlive has a list of good players that are reported all the time. Maybe i can post it on my teams website with our names highlighted.
