Reporting on pubg Xbox game

This is all great info and should be posted on their official forums. Even more so now that they have launched "Fix PUBG".

I'm not seeing any significant outages being reported. PUBG is working on my console, here in the Midwest.

PUBG on Xbox One now includes micro transactions that are called G-Coins. These are used to purchase various customization options in the PUBG in game Store. That may be what you purchased as a listed Add-on for PUBG.

Since you've already tried reinstalling, deleting game data, and even resetting your console, here are some extra steps you can try that are known to work for PUBG specifically:

Step 1: Full Shutdown and Power Cycle

Press and hold the Xbox power button on the front of your console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely.

Unplug the power cable from the back of the console, wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in.

Turn the console back on and launch PUBG.

This clears any system cache or stuck data that might not go away with a regular restart.

Step 2: Check for Corrupted Saved Data

Go to My games & apps > See all > PUBG > Manage game and add-ons > Saved data.

Delete the saved data from the console only, this won’t erase cloud data unless you choose “delete everywhere”.

Relaunch the game and see if it works.

Step 3: Change Storage Location

If you're running PUBG from an external drive, try moving it:

Go to My games & apps > PUBG > Manage game > Move or copy.

Move it to internal storage (or vice versa if it’s already internal) and test again.

Some games behave differently based on where they’re installed, especially after recent updates.

Step 4: Try Using a Different Profile Temporarily

Add a guest or secondary profile to your Xbox.

Try launching PUBG under that new profile.

If it works, the issue might be with your main profile's data, and we can then try syncing it again cleanly.
