Reporting messages over multiple messages

First of all, I'm sorry to hear that someone is behaving that way towards you.

When you report a message, a text box will appear where you can provide details about your report. I recommend using this text box to explain the situation and specify that the offensive message was sent letter by letter in the same conversation. This information should help the Enforcement team when they review the report, as unfortunately, there is no other way to report when someone sends offensive messages letter by letter in multiple messages.

Just to remember, to report a message you should open the conversation, highlight the message, and press the Y button on your controller. After selecting the reason for the report, an option to add a comment to the report will appear.

I understood your message, but why can't I report that user who insulted me that way?

I reported multiple times his message and nothing is done...

You have been removed because you were reported multiple times to Xbox Live for not helping people over the chat, or you have not signed in to the program for a long time. And the last thing you could of done is send an inapropriate message over Xbox Live
or any related chats or messages, etc. Thank your for reading.

If this person actually told you in a message, or said in chat, that he was going to report you via multiple accounts, report him. If it was in a message, report that specific message and give details. If it was in party chat, report the player and again,
details. Give date and aprox time of party.

Like I said in my example you did not post the first conversation that you had with him so I only gave an example.

If you sent him multiple messages in the first conversation and say in each message you said a curse word at him. and he then went and reported each message NOT the whole conversation you then violated the code of conduct multiple times once for each MESSAGE
that was sent and if he reported you for each message you could be suspended multiple times for the same conversation. So it is not false reporting if you sent multiple messages that violated the code of conduct and he reported each message.

Even if he deleted messages the system still keeps them and the enforcement team can still see them.

Like previously posted the best thing to do is to NOT sink to their level this is exactly what they are hoping for.

Unfortunately there are players out there that just look for players to antagonize enough to get them to violate the code of conduct just so they can report them and get them suspended.
