Reporting Abusive Ambassador

I had an interaction with an Ambassador. I said in the game chat about how people play this game like COD. This person proceeds to spam party invites at me. I ask how can I help you and then they try and bully me. I told them they were being sore winner's and said stop trying to act tough. Next thing I know I'm banned.

I did say something like 'okay I'll tell you what you want to hear so you can stop slamming your ding dong on the table'.

That probably didn't help.

Is there somewhere i can take this further? As I've tried reporting them but nothing will happen.

Hi PhoenixRises680, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

It's a good thing that you have tried reporting the player, and don't worry, it doesn't matter if a player is an Xbox Ambassador, the enforcement team will check and investigate all reports that are being sent fair and square.

Make sure to choose the correct reason for why you reported this player, if there is a message, it would be best to report the message itself.

First ambassador I have ever reported for a second time as abusive.

As an ambassador you should know that the enforcement team do not use the forums.You should also know that the enforcement team investigate all reports so if someone does file a false report nothing will happen.

In fact,if someone keeps filing false reports then they run the risk of being suspended for abusing the reporting system.

If you think someone is abusing the report function or their ambassador status then report them via your console

Reporting someone for using a mouse is an abuse of the system. It's not in anyway a reportable offense. Can't believe that as an ambassador, you are recommending this action.

I've reported this to the moderators. Please also know that Xbox Ambassadors are supposed to be role models, and help others who need it, and shouldn't act like you are now. Ambassadors posts are reviewed, and abusive ambassadors are usually removed from
the programme.
