Reporting a profile

So I've been having an ongoing problem and it's out of control that I feel as if the enforcement team will not take my side on this one of my past history. I've been suspended and banned like others but this profile has threatened to ddos/hack my internet
if I texted them back I'm the only one that can report this as it's only happening to me I hope this can be taken care of or looked at by the enforcement team and or xbox ambassadors. This isn't the the first time I've been threatened I've reported this before
by different people and they still are online I'm just sick of getting false reported by those people and there friends and or recent players when it's people that are doing illegal things ddossing is illegal and I feel as if Microsoft isn't taken this seriously.

The enforcement team could issue a suspension for the threats and profanity, but not the act itself. However, that would typically result in something like a communication suspension. Multiple suspensions can lead to a permanent ban in the long run. It would
be a similar situation if you were to be using a Playstation.

As far as you taking the fall, the enforcement team would only issue a suspension/ban if you did something to violate the code of conduct. So if you're messaging them back and saying something that violates the code, then you can be suspended regardless
of how it starts.

Microsoft would have no way of proving a ddos attack since it's not done through their service. They can't ban accounts for something done outside of Live.

But they should be taken care of as in should be banned its illegal so your saying xbox when I report them for ddossing they won't be banned and I'm not talking about communication suspension profile ban plus Microsoft should be looking out to these tool
that hackers use to steal data you also have bots coming in as fake profiles with so many people added in less then a minute with 0 gamers core if I knew this would have been this bad I wouldn't be paying for a gold subscription to keep the security to stop
things like this yet Microsofts security sucks I'm sorry to say it but I'm tired of Microsoft taking the easy way out

So if report them and they actually are threatening to ddos because I have the message a message from the person should be enough I shouldn't take the fall if someone is threatening me isn't that in the code of conduct plus there swearing and that's also
in the code of conduct like I said someone threatening me I've tried to contact my ISP they cant do anything the router doesn't change IP addresses its random it's on a lease and I tried getting the police involved they looked at me like I had 10 heads and
like I said I shouldn't be paying for security aka the gold subscription where people are hacking and etc

I get how it works I've been on xbox for so long I just think the support is useless support reads off a script nothing ever changes can someone please close the post it keeps giving me an error
