Reporting a problem? (Latest XSX build)

Submitted thru my XSX report a problem.

If they can have the game running at 4k/60 i will be pleased.

As for the stream i feel it was extremely disappointing. I understand that it may have been an early build that was shown but that is unacceptable. Halo is supposed to be the flagship launch title for the XSX and an early build isn't good enough. I understand
the restrictions that have been placed upon the devs as of late but there should have been a snippet of the latest footage.

I have my fingers crossed that they can pull it back with the August event. Either way ill be getting the XSX on release day.

I've discussed this internally, and the good news is, the root cause is understood and it's a recent problem in the 20190 Insider build, which causes problems for certain types of AppContainers which have disabled Registry Write Virtualization. People
are reporting that the problem is fixed in the current internal build and will be available in the next Insider build release. I'll update to the latest internal build and report back if my problem is solved.

I researched the 10016 errors from DistributedCOM, these may be a red herring and not the cause (maybe an effect). the cause is the failure to read the virtualized registry from the AppContainer.

This issue should be resolved in the latest version of the Xbox app. For most the Xbox app should have updated automatically. Please let us know if you're still seeing this on the latest build and submit feedback by using the Report a problem feature in

mine has been doing the same thing since the release of the latest NXOE build was released, hopefully it will be fixed in the next build to be released, ive reported the issue to the feedback team yesterday morning.
