    Reporting a player that broke the Code Of Conduct


    Hi! Name Colin

    I’m a fellow gamer that is trying to make Xbox a safe place and best experience online. I’m here today to report a player (Or at least trying to put this out their) the player that I’m going to mention has broken the Xbox Code of Conduct by tampering software to modify games.

    Gamer Tag - [mod removed] (Xbox Cheater)

    Player is able to change name in-game to hide his/her actual name

    I was able to view profile to get real gamer tag shown above.

    [mod removed] is a Xbox 360 player tampering software to modify games. I’ve Encountered this player on Modern Warfare 2 (2009) on my Xbox series S via Backwards Compatibility to play with Xbox 360 players on 360 games.

    I would like to see this player get something accountability towards his/her behavior in breaking the Xbox Code of Conduct.

    Suspension

    You broke the Code Of Conduct you got a suspension. If you report a player they are investigated by the enforcement team and if they broke the Code Of Conduct they are issued a suspension.

    You are never informed if your report was successful and the person you reported was suspended

    How many time do I or other have to explain? Xbox Enforcement doesn’t do their jobs effectively? Meaning if you report they don’t do anything about it because they allow cheating.. Xbox/Microsoft needs to fire the employees and hire people that will actually do the job.

    You would need to report them via their profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. They do not use the forums and do not take reports via the forums.

    Unfortunately you can only be reported for breaking the code of conduct, a ban will only occur if this is found out to be the case.

    If he broke the code of conduct you can report him by using the party chat feature of report a player.
