Reported twice for the same thing?

I am not part of the enforcement team so do not know the specifics on the enforcement action on your account.

What I can give you is an example of how you can be suspended multiple times for the same issue.

1. You are having a conversation with someone and send them a message that violates the code of conduct (COC) and they report this message. When enforcement investigates the message they will put a suspension onto your account.

2. If during this same conversation you send another message to the other player that violates the COC and that person reports this second message then the enforcement team will investigate that report and will consider this a second violation and would
put a second suspension onto your account.

It does not necessarily have to be with the same person that you are having a conversation with. If during the time of the report of the first message and the time that the enforcement team finishes their investigation and there is another report that comes
in for another COC violation then your account could be suspended that way too.

The way you've described it, what it sounds like you've done is purchase the expansion pack using a credit card, and not the currency on the MS account. This would mean the $35 you redeemed on your account is still there waiting
to be used for something else.

As Smwutches said, there isn't any way to buy Xbox 360 content using the MS currency, and when you buy something it tells you which payment method you're using.

You need to contact phone support for anything billing related as they are the only ones who deal with this sort of thing.

The issue is that you paid via the website and not the console. You can't use your Microsoft account on the website for 360 content. You would have had to make the purchase on the console. Also, it would have told you the payment method before you confirmed
the purchase.
