Reported custom gamer pic

I believe it was reported by a troll who didn't like getting beaten in FH4.

A reported image can always be re-uploaded, by doing that you run a risk of it simply being reported and potentially being taken down again however. I personally don't see anything wrong with that image, so I don't see why they couldn't reuse it... other
than maybe potential copyright infringement considering there's nothing particularly offensive about it.

While they can probably use the image again, depending on what number offense on their
Enforcement History for the same offense it may be, they could be prohibited from uploading custom gamer pic content for a set amount of time or permanently. They would have to check
on the Enforcement Website for details.

While custom gamerpics would be open to abuse. That is what reporting and enforcement is for. I am 50/50 when it comes to custom gamer pics.

I mean, look at what some users do with a chat pad and the bio section on Xbox 360. If it is vulgar or inappropriate report and move on.

Personally, I am stunned at the lack of GamerPics AND Premium Themes! What happend? When a game released it had a Premium Theme and a set of Gamer Pics we could buy. I would love a Dragon Age Inquisition, Ryse: Son of Rome Gamer Pics and Theme. Or a Tomb
Raider Theme. If you ask me it is ridiculous the slight step back we have taken in regards to Gamer Pics and Themes

I heard on the Xbox one beta app that you can use an image for a custom gamer pic, is that allowed for a custom gamer pic?
